The Uniview 8MP turret is incredibly popular for a few reason. It’s cost-effective, reliable, and performs well in many conditions. It also looks sleek and modern, which makes it suitable for both residential and commercial applications. It has a built-in microphone and IR up to 30m (98ft).
This camera also features human body detection, allowing you to filter events to humans only. This will avoid false alarms caused by rain, leaves, and animals. By avoiding false alarms, you can leave push notifications enabled and search through footage more easily.
This version has a 4.0mm lens which covers a horizontal angle of 91°. This allows the camera to see further away compared to a standard 2.8mm lens.
