Product Overview

Uniview’s IPC98344ER-GX42-E8-W-VH3 combines two cameras on a single IP address. The upper housing holds eight 1/1.8″ sensors that are stitched into a 360° panorama at up to 32MP (11520 × 2700) @ 30fps. Below it, a 4MP PTZ camera with a 6–252 mm lens zooms 42x optically and has up to 500 metres (1640 ft) of IR. Because the panorama covers 110° vertically, there is no blind spot under the camera at a 6 m mounting height.

You can pick any target in the panoramic view, or draw a box around an area in the web interface, and the PTZ turns and zooms in on it automatically. Gyroscopic image stabilization, optical defog and heat haze reduction keep the zoomed image steady and clear at long range. The PTZ channel also supports face recognition, with up to 16 face libraries holding 100,000 faces.

This camera is weatherproof sealed with an IP67 rating and works from -40°C to 70°C. It is powered by 24 V or 36 V DC (up to 124 W), not PoE, and has both a Gigabit RJ45 port and an SFP fibre port. Uniview’s mounting brackets for it are the TR-WE45-S-IN (wall), TR-CE45-S-IN (pendant) and TR-UP08M-A-IN (pole).
